【Key responsibilities】
1. Design and coordinate cultural innovation projects;
2. Cooperate with copywriter and communicate the design proposal with clients;
3. Coordinate and lead the design team and implement control on the project design;
4. Organize creative brain storming, provide creative ways of projects, control the project progress and make reports on the project.
【Requirements】
1. Have excellent aesthetic and creative abilities;
2. Solid foundation in arts, and able to handle different styles;
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in graphic design, illustration design, art design, art education and relative majors;
4. Have 3 years or more related work experience.
