Design Director
Note: This position belongs to Guangdong Tourleader Culture Creativity Co., Ltd.
【Key responsibilities】
1. Organize and implement projects of Design Department, execute project design planning, distribution and rule-making;
2. Able to decide the concept design scheme decidedly and independently, follow the overall market orientation, project style trend, etc.
3. Implement overall control and arrangement of creative ideas, design progress and product quality;
4. Communicate with clients and precisely elaborate the design concept to conceive our clients;
5. Lead the team in creative planning and design, manage and improve the professionalism of the team.
【Requirements】
1. Bachelor degree or above in design is acceptable;
2. Five or more years of large-scale professional design, and graphic design experience of advertising media companies with successful design projects and of working experience of Art Director;
3. Skilled in operating Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, In design, etc.
4. Have excellent design skills and sensitive to creative design;
5. Excellent aesthetic taste, ability to innovate and eclectic and cross-industry design capacity are required;
6. Have good team leadership and the ability to juggle multiple projects and work under high pressure;
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork cooperation spirit are required;
8. Applicants with management experience of design team of domestic and foreign famous design institutions are preferred.
