Planner
【Key responsibilities】
1. Assist master planners to complete the work;
2. Participate in the planning project design;
3. Drawing making and index calculation for each planning stage;
4. Undertake the role of project leader in some projects and complete project management;
5.Participate in project filing and internal audit.
【Requirements】
1. Work for 3 to 4 years, design related majors such as urban planning, architecture, landscape and environmental art;
2. Have work experience in overall planning, control detailed planning, constructive detailed planning, and landscape planning;
3. Familiar with the special specifications of tourism project products, relevant specifications for land use, urban planning technical specifications, and basic building codes;
4. Have strong ability in general plan of the planning project, the layout of the general plan is reasonable, bright spots are existed, the picture is exquisite, and the shape of the building is reasonable;
5.Have a passion for design and excellent graphics ability;
6.Proficient in designing professional software.
